Stereo Furniture Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to all furniture products manufactured and sold by Stereo Furniture, LLC (“Stereo”).
Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage starts on the date of delivery. Stereo warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. This warranty covers all structural components of the product, including the frame, hardware, and upholstery for residential use.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

Damage caused by shipping or handling

Damage caused by improper assembly or installation

Damage caused by pets

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Fabric fading due to exposure to sunlight or other environmental factors

Changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light

Marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in leather

Damage, marking, or staining of veneer or painted surfaces due to contact with rubber or similar compounds; improper use of cleaning products, damage from sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments, or prolonged exposure to moisture, salt air or direct sunlight

Discoloration of textiles and surface materials due to exposure to elements, soiling, stains, or dye transfer from clothing, including denim

Damage caused by storage or relocation of product after the initial delivery to the consignee. Stereo will not warrant products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.

Describe the problem and provide your proof of purchase with images.

We'll investigate your claim and, if covered by the warranty, repair or replace your furniture at no cost to you.
Return Shipping and Handling:
If the product is covered by the warranty, Stereo will pay for the cost of shipping and handling for the repair or replacement.
Limited Warranty:
This Warranty is the only express warranty on your Stereo furniture. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This means that after the one-year warranty period ends, you won't have any implied warranties to rely on. However, please note that certain states have different laws concerning implied warranties, so this disclaimer may not apply to you in full.
Our Responsibility:
If your furniture has a covered defect under the Warranty during the one-year period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. Beyond this, our responsibility is limited. We will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages arising from the Warranty or the furniture itself. This includes all damages beyond the original purchase price of your furniture. By using our furniture, you accept any risks associated with its use and agree to hold us harmless from any additional claims or losses. Again, certain states may have different laws regarding limitations of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you in its entirety.
Changes to Warranty:
Stereo may change this warranty at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The most current version of the warranty will be available on our website.
