Return Policy

At Stereo, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture that exceeds expectations. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or fit perfectly in your space. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to familiarize yourself with the process.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in as-new condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. 

    • We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Return Process

    • If your package is insured by Route, please use their instructions and contact information to process the return. 

    • In the event your Stereo shipment was not insured by Route:

      1. Contact our customer support team within the 30-day return window to initiate the return process. You can reach us through contact@stereofurniture.com.

      2. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.

      3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, and provide you with a return order confirmation and instructions on how to proceed.

      4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

      5. Attach the provided return shipping label or arrange for return shipping with a reputable carrier.

      6. We recommend ensuring your return shipment to protect against any damage or loss during transit.

      7. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

      8. You may be responsible for shipping charges to return the item to us.

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

    • Shipping and handling charges, including any return shipping fees, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.  See our warranty policy.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your package is insured by Route, please use their instructions and contact information. In the event your Stereo shipment was not insured by Route and arrives in less than perfect condition, our team can help. Take pictures of and describe the damage in as much detail as possible within one week of receiving the item. Contact us at contact@stereofurniture.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

    • In case of damage or defects caused during shipping and your order was not insured by Route, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

  5. Exchanges

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined in our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

  6. Changes to the Return Policy

    • Stereo reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Please refer to our website for the most up-to-date version.
